The HongiCollection was created with the simple goal of introducing you to high quality New Zealand products which you may otherwise not be aware of.

New Zealand is a world leader in food production and there are thousands of boutique manufactures selling amazing products. We showcase these products and provide a means for international consumers to sample them.

Parent Company:

The HongiCollection is owned by Eastern Bridge Limited, an international relations management company which assists 36 New Zealand local governments with their sister city partnerships and migrant engagement. Eastern Bridge is a social enterprise which focuses on building people-to-people connections, international friendship and understanding.

Logistics:

The HongiCollection works in partnership with HealthKiwi Limited to provide international shipping and logistics of products. Through this partnership we can courier small orders or dispatch containers of product if required.

Hongi:

The 'Hongi' is a traditional Maori greeting in New Zealand used by the Maori people. To hongi you press your nose and forehead together with the nose and forehead of the person you are greeting. Many people of Maori decent prefer to hongi, instead of shaking hands. We chosse the name 'HongiCollection', becasue we believe we are sharing with you New Zealand products and through this building a relationship, connecting you with our beautiful country and culture.
